Right button: Fire.
Left button: Double click to open doors.
Free interpretation : Map 7, the odd way.
Comments : The second one (after D1M6). This was fun and
pretty easy (maybe because of the maps I got).
Here we go with the stuff:
Map 7: This is my all-time favorite DOOM level.
Short, brutal, simply great. I made it straight
100% under par (Cool!).
Map 22: Also short and lots of monsters, not as
fun as Map 7. I used Anthe's route (Hey, if the
D2S uses this route, maybe it's a good one, huh?
;o) ). Pretty fast, but not under par :(
Map 27: Long, but it can be fun. I had to make it
again a couple of times because I couldn't get 100%
secrets, then I read the DFAQ and found out that one
of the secret sectors is behind a teleport line. It
happened to me a couple of times to walk over a
teleport and don't teleport at all, but I didn't
want to waste a whole week trying it :).
Free Map 7: OK, so what makes this special? Maybe
the route I used, probably you've never seen it
before (a route in map 7??). OK, if you see it you
will notice I made a little cheat, but without it
I'd have to punch about six spiders, didn't feel
like it. It's not supposed to be hard, it's supposed
to be FUN. I danced while invisible behind a column.
Author info : Some background:
20 Year old Biology student, who started playing
DOOM not a very long time ago. This year I've moved
from Keyb-only to Keyb+trackball (I know my setting
is realy odd, but that's the one I've got used to).
I'm also D1M, D1SG, D1T and D1GM under DHT5 rules,
and also D1M6. Not much to say, just thanks to Frank
for all his efforts and support. (This DHT6 stuff
is GREAT!)
More to come! (I don't know if it'll be soon, just
when Frank ends the bot :) )
