Free interpretation : I wanted to do a free which was in the spirit of
the Speedy Gonzales rules, and yet different and
difficult enough to be worthy of a free
interpretation. I do e1m4 without firing a shot.
I finish 1:00 under par (par:1.30, my time:0.30)
with 0% kills, 0% secrets, and 4% items. Heck, its
like I wasn't even there! There are 2 health
bonuses right beside the exit which are unavoidable,
which is why I got 4% items. finishing with 0%
kills is tougher than I thought; the monsters often
start fighting each other as I run by. This took
me several tries before I got it right.
Comments : All of the levels were very easy save for e1m6.
The first couple of tries I finished with a time
just over par (like 3:02). It just took some
perseverence....
Author info : This is my third title (D1M and D2M), and I hope
to add at least two more. I am a 25 year old
chemistry graduate student at the University of
Toronto, and have been playing Doom for a year now
(instead of studying...).
