Free interpretation     : E3M5 - No strategy, just plowed through it -fast

Comments                : All levels were done at Ultra-Violence with
                         the -fast option set.

                         E1M1 - Authenticated at the start.
                                Not much to say.  It's easy even when
                                the monsters are fast.

                         E2M1 - Authenticated after killing the first
                                batch of pistol dudes.

                                The key to success it to get the shotgun
                                as soon as you can.  You should also
                                avoid grabbing the blue key until after
                                you have cleaned out the lower level.
                                You get the drop on the beasts if you
                                just teleport in without showing your
                                face through the window.

                                After that, just blast your way through
                                to the exit.

                         E1M5 - Authenticated after killing everything
                                on the base level (on both sides of the
                                door).  I would have done it earlier,
                                but I got carried away with slaying
                                and forgot for a while (I did some
                                window sniping before I remembered
                                that I was doing an exam -- old habits...

                                Again, the trick here is to get the
                                shotgun as fast as possible.  If you don't
                                you're toast.  Especially with the fast
                                spectres.  I find that just plowing through
                                the creatures works best.  Sometimes you
                                can scoop up the gun from the shotgun
                                charlie in the lobby... but don't count
                                on it.

                         E3M9 - Authenticated after cleaning out the
                                outer areas (before going through the
                                wooden door).  After that, its the standard
                                march through the monsters.  In fast
                                mode, the Cyberdemon plants itself quite
                                a bit farther from you than in normal UV.
                                So, you have to aim better.  But, it is
                                actually easier to kill it because the
                                when it walks left or right, it doesn't
                                move much so you are almost always on
                                target and can just mash down on the
                                fire key.  I killed him before the
                                invulerabilty wore off.

                         E3M5 - Authenticated at the start.
                                This is my free interpretation.
                                Since I've run out of ideas for new
                                things to do on old levels, I figured
                                that doing a level that no one has done
                                yet was the best say to show off my skill.
                                The significance of this level is that
                                I did it at 4am after working for 20 hours
                                and flying from LA to Oakland, then
                                driving home for an hour.  So, It's like
                                a really tired marine (which he should
                                be by the time the Unholy Cathedral
                                rolls around).
