 Description :-)

 I still can't believe I did it. I think in this .LMP some very special
 coincidences occured so I'll write about it in detail:

 As an introduction I'll say that I don't think the monsters can fight each
 other more efficiently, so I'll count the seconds I lose by my stupid
 mistakes and by that I'll calculate an "optimal" time.

 In the beginning I press the switch and strafe run to the other switch. I
 lose about 1 second crashing into the cacodemons but it's worth it since I
 think all 3 imps hit one of the cacodemons, a rare occasion indeed. I run
 to the shotgun and then I miss (damnit!!) one imp. But I kill all 3 after
 that miss. So far, a loss of about 2.5 seconds. I get out of that corridor
 and kill one cacodemon with 6 shotgun shots instead of 5. So far, a loss
 of about 3.7 seconds I think. Then I go to the room with the many imps and
 one cacodemon. The cacodemon hits 2 imps and they fight. The imps later
 kill the cacodemon, I'm not kidding. Meanwhile I go back to check on the
 monsters I left behind. I can't believe what I see: All 3 imps are dead
 and the cacodemon dies from 1 shell. It takes me a moment to come back to
 my senses. Time loss: 5 seconds. I go back. The cacodemon is dead. Two
 imps die from two shells, two other imps die from one shell. I'm amazed,
 and acting like an idiot, I take the medikit even though I have 91%
 health. Stupid stupid stupid! Time loss: 7 seconds. I kill all demons with
 2 shells except for one taking 3 shells. All imps die with 1 shell.
 Total time loss caused by the stupid me: 7 seconds. Optimal time (in my
 opinion) for E3M1: 1:15.

 The coincidences without which I couldn't make this demo: 1. All 3 imps
 fight one of the cacodemons and nearly kill him. All of them die. 2. Two
 imps kill a cacodemon and get heavily injured. 3. Most of the demons die
 using two shells only.

 But still, I improve the old record which was also mine by 10 whole
 seconds and get 8 seconds under par! It all made me very excited so I'm
 sorry if I annoy anyone.

 PLEASE give me feedback!! I promise I'll answer and it will make me very
 happy! Please please please!!!
