Rocket Launcher Faq v. 2.0

This is an update to my successful rocket launcher faq version 1.0 and 1.666.
Not many people got the rocket launcher faq v. 1.666 so I have made this
final update.  This includes:

Updates from Version 1.0 to 1.666
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- demo and wad included to guide the learning experiance
- A new Topic added: Topic VI
- Additions to Topic V
- And plenty more terrible jokes

Updates from Version 1.666 to 2.0
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- A new user friendly batch file, (special thanks to Mr Doom [Tom Sanner]
 for the idea for that type of batch file and putting this FAQ on his
 truly awesome homepage.  I think he has version 1.666)
- A new demo and an updated version of rocket.wad (Now it actually looks
 descent) thanks to Ben Morris for creating DCK
- Endoom data entered
- New music added to the wad
- A teleporter added to the wad and a hall widened
- A new aftermath
