RW2DM - Real World to Doom

RW2DM.txt is a documentation on how to convert feet & inches to Doom units.
This very helpful for making blue prints.  Watch for my high school level,
LHS.WAD, to be out by summer '96.  I will also be writing a convertion text
for Duke Nukem3D and Quake!
