Spent a bunch of time designing the site template.  I like web sites to be
simple.  I like them to work in Links[0].

Everything is straight HTML.  Looks ok to me (mostly).  Should work everywhere.
Of course, half way though, I thought I should just bite the bullet and write it
in CSS.  So I'll probably be doing it all again some day.

TODO:

* Name this thing
* Figure out how to publish to the server
* Figure out some kind of tag cloud
* Maybe write something interesting
