Good grief!  What kind of semantically loaded stuff is this?  Scientific
heresy?  You can only have heretics where you have faith based on authoritative
dogma.  Science is supposed to be able to throw out the theory with the
test results, not the baby with the bath water.  Enough, enough, please....
