duplicate articles in net.misc
We had a problem on cbosg which was throwing away all stuff in net.misc
up until yesterday (.net.misc was 17 bytes long and there was a
file net.misc/18, causing the link to fail.)  So I netted all the
stuff fro net.misc from cbosgd and ran it in.  Unfortunately, it
also went out to other sites, and some of it was old enough to
be missing from many history files.  So I apologize for flooding
people with old news.
