Re: A grammar quibble
Confused about how to remember which "its" is which? Think of the
possesive forms of some other third person, singular pronouns, i.e.
"his" and "hers". Notice that neither has an apostrophe. It's just
the same for "its" - without an apostrophe is the possessive, so the
other one must be the contraction.
Tomorrow, we'll have a quiz on "effect" vs. "affect", and
"i.e." vs. "e.g.".
