PROLOG versions we know about

I know of the following Unix Prologs.

1) In DEC-11 assembler, available from
       Dept of Artificial Intelligence
       Edinburgh University
       Forrest Hill
       Edinburgh EH1 2QL
       Scotland
  This is one is widely used.

2) In C, running on a DEC-11. Available from
       Maurice Bruynooghe
       Katholieke Universiteit Leuven
       Departement Computerwetenschappen
       Celestijnenlaan 200A
       B-3030 Leuven-Heverlee
       Belgium
  Is not (yet?) widely used; don't know whether it has been ported to a VAX.

3) This is just rumoured to exist; is in VAX assembler, hand-translated
