We are witnessing a moment of great scientific import!
This news group has proven, once and for all, that there are
a finite, limited number of funny jokes that exist, and if
given enough time, the cycle will begin to repeat.  You ask:
"what brought this on?"  I just saw the third telling of the
same joke (it wasn't funny the first time, either!)
