robot empire player
One of the people who played in an empire game here some time ago
wrote a robot player of sorts which optimized the equations described
in innards. I've forgotten exactly what he did but it might have been
something like this. The robot player, actually just a program, accepted
output from the census command and optimized moves/deliveries/etc so
as to increase the value of the power-rating as much as possible. As
I recall he was at the top of the power queue for most of the time.
The output of the program was a script suitable for the execute command.
