Would somebody explain to me what a wizard is in rogue?

Also, what does "something bizarre" mean and when does it occur?

If you don't want to "spoil" it for others just mail responses
to zeppo!raj.  Personally, I like to see things like this on
the net and don't consider it spoiling anything, but use your
own judgement.
