Correction to corrections:  the Russian premier's first name is
Dimitri (I don't believe we ever found out his last).  The abassador's
name was Kissoff (Kissov?).

The screaming phone in the movie "FailSafe" came from a description
in the book, wherein it was used to confirm the destruction of Moscow.

Has anyone heard of a movie of the same genre called "Red Alert"?

Fail Safe question: Who was the American officer that went bonkers,
and who was his commanding officer?
