Pacman Bug fix
Mark Horton's version of pacman seems to have one annoying
feature.  (Otherwise, it is fantastic).  When the monsters
are "scared", it doesn't give you a chance to move every time.
It only refreshes the screen every two moves.
The fix is simple as shown.....
