PacMan names and other trivia

[And I don't even play PacMan!]  As for colors, don't ask.

Two [unrelated] items concerning PacMan...

Since "PacMan" is a registered trademark of some company in the Midwest
(the name escapes me now... Williams?  Bally?  Certainly not Atari!),
should we not be calling this new "video" game something slightly different
to avoid any LEGAL hassle?

Also, did anyone see the "Video Playhouse" sketch on the late nite
ABC show "Fridays" about a month back?  They did a marvellously strange
take-off on PacMan, complete with the main characters dressed in yellow
raingear eating marshmallows to the sound of "wacka-wacka" [the munching
sound... can't get that through the net!].
