for everyone so that people will be forewarned. (He who is forewarned
is forearmed. Of course, he who is forearmed is half an octopus, and
who'd want to be THAT?):
(a) doing anything to a saved file is supposed to be illegal.
since people are competing against each other, it seems
reasonable to make sure that nobody gets illegally ahead.
(b) the only valid checks for this sort of thing happen to also
prevent moves, links, or copies.
(c) if you want to move the file, the proper thing to do is
restart from it, and then resave elsewhere.
(d) if you expect me to help people muck with the save file,
by, for example, modifying the header, sorry.
