A rogue binary comes standard on Berkeley's 4.1BSD Vax distribution.
It also runs on V7 (barely fitting on PDP-11/70's) and USG UNIX.
The sources are not distributed. Send mail to ucbvax!arnold to see
if you can get a copy for something other than a 4.1BSD VAX.
Rogue is a screen-oriented one player version of Dungeons and Dragons.
It's somewhat simplified from the real D&D but a lot of it is there,
along with some nice rogue-specific features. It does an amazing job
drawing a map of the level on your screen as you explore it. It is
usable at 300 baud.
