The BBN BitGraph terminal has 85 columns by 64 lines. It's wonderful for
emacs. But it's really a bitmap terminal and costs about $4500....you
get a 68000 processor and a versabus in that (and a neat little
3 voice sound generator...); so it might be more than you're looking
for. The Ann Arbor Ambassador also handles up to 60 lines, but I
don't have personal experience with these so I can't really comment.
The bitgraphs are great, if somewhat bulky.
