 disclaimer - you read an article in an issue of jonas.  you think its really
 fuckin' elite.  maybe it tells you how to stalk someone, or how to blow up
 things.  you try it, and you get hurt.  well, too bad.  its your fault,
 bucko.  actually, you shouldn't have tried it in the first place, most of
 the things in jonas are humorous, that includes the 'anarchy' files.  if you
 can't tell the difference between seriousness and humor, then you deserve to
 get hurt.  go pick up phrack if you wanna know how to phreak, don't look
 towards jonas.  (well, most of the time.)

 the views expressed in any issue of jonas are not necassaraly the views of
 jonas nor edicius.  if you don't like something that is said in jonas, well,
 then screw off.  consider yourself forewarned; some of the opinions printed
 in jonas may be somewhat extreme, maybe not bomb-an-oklahoman-building
 extreme, but extreme in its own right.  you get the idea.

 submission guidelines - jonas will print almost anything.  jonas is not
 subjected to just one topic, but instead, covers a wide range of topics --
 current events, music, politics, science, radio, stories (humorous and
 non), and telephony and computer invasion.  you get the idea.  _alot_ of
 shit that is given to me, will make it into jonas, with some editing, of
 course.

 about the only things that i do not take, are drug-related articles
 (including pro and anti drugs, drug growing, etc).  drugs are stupid, if you
 want to waste your time with them, don't look here.  there's alot of other
 'zines for things like that (high times, ganja, etc).  also not taken, are
 articles pertaining ansi.  case closed.

 once you give me something for jonas, it becomes property of jonas print
 material incorporated (sha, haha..), or something.  if one day, down the
 road, i feel like reprinting your article, i will do so.  if i compile a
 'best-of' issue, or even go print, i have the right to reuse your article.

 all works given to me are subjected to my editing.  this can and will
 include: justification, gramatic changes, converting it to lowercase, and
 generally, fucking with it as i see fit.  gee, ain't being an editor great?

 distribution guidelines - jonas may be freely distributed amoung computer
 enthusists as long as the copyright located in the front of jonas_13.txt
 remains in place.  no fee may be charged to get a copy of this magizine,
 unless the fee is charged to access the bulletin board system (bbs) or
 on-line service itself.

 there are set aside distribution sites, which generally get the new issues
 of jonas before the general public.  check the sites, listed at the end of
 this file, for new issues of jonas.  jonas is generally released between the
 first and fifteenth of each respective month.

 information regarding obtaining a distribution site for your bulletin board
 service can be found by emailing myself, edicius, via the address listed
 below.
