Hello fellow potholing loonies,
This is to announce that The Goodies Fan Club has been dissolved, due to
reasons of management and time constraints.
Don't despair, though. This letter announces the birth of The Goodies
Archives!
The web site's address has altered. It is now:
http://www.cathouse.org/BritishComedy/Goodies/Archives/
I plan to continue to add song lyrics, pictures, sound clips, etc., to
this site.
If anyone has any comments, you can send them to me at

[email protected]>. I know this is probably very surprising
but it's been apparent to me for some time that I could not continue to
manage the fan club to the high standards I had set for it while
continuing with my other commitments.
A NEW FAN CLUB FOR GOODIES FANS!
Alison Bean, known to some as "PissFart" aka "Big Bunny's Carrot", will
be starting a Goodies Fan Club herself on the interent. Way to go, Alison!
This fan club will be wholly independent of the now-defunct Fan Club. The
only documents that will be carried from The Goodies Fan Club into
Alison's fan club are the Club Mission Statement and Club Procedures
Document.
As Alison says, "I wish to start a new Goodies Fan Club on the Net. I have
been an active member of the present club and have over the past 4 or so
months of its existense and throughrally enjoyed what it had to offer me
as a Goodies fan. This is basically, the chance to meet like minded people
obsessed with the Goodies and discuss it with them. Forums such as
Goodies-L, Goody Goody Yum Yum and the old club homepages (now Archives)
have tripled my knowledge of the Goodies in such a short space of time."

Alison doesn't know a whole lot about HTML source code, so she's looking
for a friendly volunteer with time and patience that can help her in the
early stages.

I had a great deal of fun with the Fan Club, though I must say it was hard
work! :) I know I can make the Archives bigger and better in the months
