AGENCY SCIENTIST MICHAEL RICONOSCIUTO] WAS "BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS,"
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LETHAL, MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES

There are a number of interesting things going on in Spain.
There are so many things we have to talk about, Harry.
HARRY MARTIN [of the Napa Sentinel, Napa, California]:
Well, he was there on something dealing with the Tuna Commission.
It had nothing to do with anything like that [which you surmise].
DAVE EMORY:
Oh, okay -- because I know that Manzur El-Khassar, the CIA asset
and associate of [Pres. Reagan's covert handyman] Oliver North, in
a number of deals, who has been implicated by numerous sources in
the bombing of Pan Am flight 103 and has worked directly with some
elements of United States intelligence .... he has been protected
by the U.S. Ambassador to Spain, Joseph Cipola[sp], a Bush protege`.
And two days after George Bush was defeated for reelection, Manzur
El-Khassar was charged by the Spanish authorities with having
participated directly in the Achille Lauro hijacking.
[JD: If this is true, then we can add yet another charge to the
mile-long rap sheet of terrorist atrocities committed by our very
own United States Central Intelligence Agency -- crimes which the
CIA perpetrates and then pins on so-called "Palestinian or Libyan
terrorists" in order to frighten the American People enough to
make them approve of profitable U.S. military adventures and of
the planned totalitarianization of United States society.]
Of course, [Marine Colonel] Oliver North achieved a lot of notoriety
for interdicting the hijackers of the Achille Lauro cruise ship,
this at the same time that his associate in the [Nicaraguan] Contra
[weapons] supply effort, Manzur El-Khassar, was directly assisting
in the Achille Lauro hijacking, supplying weapons and helping some
of the people [perpetrators] escape the dragnet of Oliver North.
One of the things that is interesting, Harry, with George Bush
having been defeated for reelection -- there is the potential of SO
MUCH being revealed of some of these "national security" scandals.
And the Inslaw Case overlaps with so many of them, including the
Iran-Contra scandal .....
HARRY MARTIN:
Well, Michael Riconosciuto had more to talk about than just Inslaw.
And it's very damaging. In fact, he is talking about biochemicals
dealing with genocide, he is talking about the United States' role
in Iraq prior to Operation Desert Storm. And the declaration he has
is EXTREMELY damaging to the Government. And all he is saying to the
grand jury is: "You get my [computer] equipment back and I'll pull
up these records [on-screen] right in front of you."
DAVE EMORY:
That anticipates the direction in which I was moving, Harry.
Bobbie Riconosciuto has been working with you. Correct?
HARRY MARTIN:
That's correct. She has access to a lot of documentation that is
highly sensitive that they [the CIA] have been searching for. And I
have never asked her where the documents are located. I don't want
to know! Basically, these documents prove many of the revelations
that Riconosciuto has been talking about. And she has brought them
to me basically to try to decipher what is important and what isn't,
because of my military electronics background. I'll tell you, after
seeing a lot of this documentation, nobody could doubt the validity
of Riconosciuto [claims]. And also, when the [Congressman] Brooks
[House] Committee issued their report in August, they verified
Riconosciuto as being a genuine individual.
DAVE EMORY:
Now, this brings us to some very exciting, on the one hand, and
also very scarey information which you had related to me on the
phone, Harry, shortly before I decided to come up here.
By the way, for the people who are listening, live, and also for
the people who are hearing this on tape, it should be said that
this is a spontaneous broadcast. I had not originally planned on
doing this program. So, if things are a little bit bumpy, in terms
of communication, this is sort of spur-of-the-moment. But this is
a broadcast of CONSUMMATE importance, and I hope that people will
do everything in their power to get the word out about the things
we're talking about.
Now, you were reading me some remarkable things, Harry, from a
deposition that Michael Riconosciuto has given before the grand
jury. Why don't you relay as much of that as you feel comfortable
discussing to our listening audience.
HARRY MARTIN:
Okay. Riconosciuto received a subpoena duces tecum, which is [a
command] from the grand jury that says: "We want your files, your
records and your testimony." And he, in turn, responded. Now, mind
you, he is under lock-and-key in Chicago right now, and this is a
federal grand jury in Chicago. He asked them to provide him with
his various computer equipment and all of the materials that he had,
prior to his arrest. And he indicates that he will run-up the
various information before the grand jury and pull it right up
[on-screen] for them. Now, in this section that [he] says:
"I ran various operations which developed extremely sensitive
military applications for highly advanced technology."
Now, what he is talking about is one with electrostatic heat
transfer, modified to enable ordinary and readily available
electronic parts and hardware to transfer [convert] ordinary and
readily available explosives into devices capable of destruction,
of nuclear dimension. In other words, a very simple process of
making nuclear weapons.
Now, the most important one [revelation by Cental Intelligence
Agency scientist Michael Riconosciuto] that you and I talked about
was "biological weapons," including, but not limited to, lethal,
monoclonal antibodies, which are gene-specific. Example: able to
distinguish between specific RACIAL characteristics, and cause
painful, disastrous, lethal effects for ONLY those individuals
exposed to such antibodies whose cell structure contains the TARGET
genes. In other words, they could take a Black person, Chinese,
American Indian, or whatever, if they have certain gene structures,
and create this antibody that could destroy them, but not [destroy]
somebody standing next to them who doesn't have those gene
structures.
That's GENOCIDE, any way you put it!
Riconosciuto is also talking about:
* Complete high-voltage power supplies intended to be used in
various high-tech weapon systems [which is] in development
* Advanced communications systems which would enable current
microwave transmissions [systems] to be a hundred times more
efficient, and, under appropriate development, one hundred times
more deadly
* Advanced precious metals recovery systems
* Advanced infrared sensor technology used in night-vison goggles,
missile surveillance and tracking. And also (this is very
important), in more sinister applications, SATURATION SURVEILLANCE
OF ALL MOVEMENTS OF ALL PEOPLE IN EVERY OPEN, VISIBLE SPACE ON
THE ENTIRE PLANET!
DAVE EMORY:
Whoa!! Repeat that last one again, Harry.

This is one of countless stories unveiling the subverted, corrupt
and fascistic state of our theoretically democratic Government.
This story makes it disgustingly obvious that true patriotism is not
the waving of flags, the tying of yellow ribbons and the mindless
supporting of our Government, just because it happens to be ours.
You don't support cancer just because you happen to have it.
True patriotism is telling the truth to the people of our country
in order that they may unite to conquer this anti-democratic cancer
that is gradually destroying ours and our children's freedom.
So please post the installments of this ongoing series to
computer bulletin boards, and post hardcopies in public places,
both on and off campus. That would be a truly patriotic deed.
