DAVE EMORY:
Now, you mentioned, Harry, that when Michael Riconosciuto first
began to go public with some of these disclosures, Bobbie
Riconosciuto had had her home shot up in Washington? This is the
first I've heard about that.
HARRY MARTIN:
Yeah. Well, first of all, you have to understand that the only
major fight that Bobbie and Michael ever had was over the fact that
he wanted to testify and she warned him that it would ruin their
lifestyles. They had searched the house after they had arrested
Michael. First of all, for your listeners, when Michael Riconosciuto
testified in the original Inslaw case, in the documents [affidavits]
to Congress, he warned Congress that he would be arrested. Now this
was a regular record on file in the courts [stating] that he would
be arrested if he dared testify about this, which he was. He also
stated that his wife's child custody battle would go against her in
favor of her ex-husband if he testified. And all this is exactly
what happened. Now that document was produced to the courts about
two years ago.
Now, he was arrested for having a methamphetamine lab in Pearce
County, Washington. And right after his arrest, ten other
methamphetamine labs belonging to the same organization, but not
related to Michael Riconosciuto, were all busted. So, probably one
of those labs was held out and put under his name. But then, they
came after the documents in his house, and they shot up things.
They held guns to their heads. And so, Michael instructed his wife
to take the children and go into hiding. Now, she was in hiding for
a long time in Southern California. And right after that, they
issued a federal warrant for custodial interference, which means
simply that the mother or the father, one of the parents have taken
the children out of state without the permission of the other
parent.
DAVE EMORY:
You mentioned too that the federal agent who arrested Bobbie ....
Now, was this vis-a-vis the custodial case?
HARRY MARTIN:
The person who arrested Michael Riconosciuto, the federal agent in
the State of Washington is the one who called the local district
attorney's office in Napa, California to have Bobbie arrested, as
well.
DAVE EMORY:
Okay. That's what I was confused about. I couldn't see why a
federal agent would be involved in arresting Bobbie.
HARRY MARTIN:
He should not be involved, except for the fact that in crossing
state lines, technically, they have the jurisdiction.
DAVE EMORY:
But it is interesting that the very same federal agent who arrested
Michael Riconosciuto would then be the fuctionary to call Napa to
have the clamps put on Bobbie.
HARRY MARTIN:
Particularly, when you consider that Bobbie has been in Napa since
about September. She was in the hospital in Martinez, which meant
that she was capable of being picked up at ANY time. So, they had
plenty of opportunity, but nobody cared. Then, suddenly, as soon as
Michael files the declaration -- which we'll get into -- she's
arrested. Now, the thing is that they do not want Michael to
testify before the federal grand jury.
DAVE EMORY:
Okay. Now you mentioned something, Harry, that I was unclear about:
that the warrant for Bobbie's arrest or the documentation for her
detainment had been drawn up five days in advance?
HARRY MARTIN:
Yes.
DAVE EMORY:
And this was only put into effect when Michael Riconosciuto began
to testify in Chicago.
HARRY MARTIN:
No, it was right after he filed the declaration. He was subpoenaed
to testify before the grand jury, and in his response to the grand
jury, he indicated that he needed all of his [computer] equipment
brought before the grand jury and that he would call up all the
files before the grand jury.
DAVE EMORY:
Now, when you say "equipment", you mean computer equipment?
HARRY MARTIN:
Computer equipment. Yes. Because, you see, Michael Riconosciuto was
the computer ace for the CIA. The reason why he is still alive today
is the fact the he knows where all the monies are hidden and where
all the assets are hidden and where all the information is hidden.
Of course, if for any reason, he should be killed, the CIA would
never be able to get ahold of these billions of dollars that are
hidden throughout the World. He had the access. He was their whiz
kid.
He was arrested and charged with all this right after the Iraqi
[Persian Gulf] War had been concluded. And some of the allegations
that he has stated before the grand jury, under penalty of perjury,
indicate some instances ..... Of course, we'll go over that in a few
minutes.
DAVE EMORY:
Okay. Now, Bobbie Riconosciuto, despite the fact that the offense
for which she was charged is a relatively minor one -- interfering
with custodial rights -- she was held without bail?
HARRY MARTIN:
Without bail. And now, they have finally produced a fifty thousand
dollar bail request.
DAVE EMORY:
That's pretty unusual. Now, there were no priors [arrests] for her?
Right?
HARRY MARTIN:
Absolutely none.
DAVE EMORY:
Then holding her without bail is an extremely unusual procedure,
under the circumstances.
HARRY MARTIN:
And having the whole courtroom sealed off. It doesn't happen in
Napa. You know? In fact, she was first on the docket. They moved
her up, with all of the security. Her attorney was not even allowed
to see her before she entered the courtroom. And then, right after
her arraignment was finished, they had all the normal arraignments
for everybody else: drug dealers and whatever, and there was no
security whatsoever [for them].
DAVE EMORY:
Her attorney was not allowed to see her before she was arraigned?
HARRY MARTIN:
Absolutely not.
HARRY MARTIN:
Not only that, but her attorney was searched with a metal detector,
his briefcase was searched and everything.
DAVE EMORY:
I thought that was illegal!
HARRY MARTIN:
Well, all I can tell you is that the attorney called me up and said:
"Who IS this person!?"
DAVE EMORY:
I bet! Wow!
HARRY MARTIN:
But we were able to .... the [Napa] Sentinel was able to obtain
three attorneys and one special investigator, of which, one attorney
had to fly in from Barcelona, Spain and stop at Washington to talk
to Congressman Jack Brooks to inform him of what had happened.
[Jack Brooks is the chairman] of the [House] Committee to which
Riconosciuto's testimony was called.

The signs of totalitarianism are steadily growing clearer.
People in the United States and elsewhere need to recognize the
danger and begin contemplating the famous quotation by the German
pastor (I think it was) who said: "When they came to take away
the Jews, I did nothing because I was not a Jew. .... When they
came to take me away, there was no one left to stop them."
When they come to take away our dissident children in the looming
twenty-first century of worsened, unbearable totalitarianism and
poverty, there will be no one left to stop the U.S. Government
gestapo because their parents were too lazy and too cowardly to
stop the fascists from de facto dissolving our Constitution.
Yet in the 1990s, their parents had no reason to worry. They had
their TV bloodfests, their video delights, their beer, junk food
and soft couches. Why should they have cared that the Government
fascists were assassinating, jailing and persecuting daring
patriots like Danny Casolaro, Mae Brussell, Michael Riconosciuto
and Daniel Sheehan? After all, these Constitutional desecrations
didn't affect their parents' own cozy, comfortable lifestyles!
If you care about the fate of your children or your future
children, you really ought to be protecting their futures by
calling the Christic Institute in Los Angeles at (310) 287-1556.
