c2.  Time to reflect

It is just about time,
The time has almost rolled around.
A long and unwarranted childhood passes,
Such a crime.
Only eighteen years, nearly all unsound.

Reflections of the past are among us.
Some sorrowful or sad,
Some joyful or glad.
But none, by virtue of prudence, are lost.

It seems easier to recall harder times than good,
'Nightmares than reality.
Mark it up to the value of experience necessary
To future posterity, one should.
None of the time was wasted, one should be 'wary.

I am living in a time when it seems
My thoughts abound with seemingly endless sound
And my memories have me tied and bound
To the fever writhing in my soul,
To purge the delusions and set my mind whole.

Though I oft' try to forget the memories of the past
The good, the bad, the happy, the sad.
There oft' lay no meaining to the question never asked,
While remaining unable to obtain due counsel,
Living through it is such a lonely task.

Sometimes I ponder of the sailor set adrift at sea.
It opens and then closes the door to my soul.
'Would that it show more meaning for me,
As never had I thought before.

My experiences in life (the sea of endledd disillusion)
Lead me to judge that, of course,
Humans are only humans, always full of confusion.
Most people never realize of the course they have chosen.
They stalk sources of adornment only,
Maybe, someday, they will end their delusions.
