c2. Know ye
Though your touch has warmed my heart
Your own heart grows colder with each passing day
I would have you heed my message
That you may grow from it in some virtuous way.
You become increasingly remote,
More distant.
As though you are enthralled
To answer some siren-call.
If the world were forever frozen
Your spirit would be compatible
With that harsh environment.
Oh, grapple thee with fate! Pierce that runic wall.
An effigy of still fire,
Be thou to me
Be to all others
Be thou restive; never tire.
Be not wary
For sorrow
Doth have its place among us;
Sad yesterday; woeful tomorrow.
It seems as though
There is always a mnemonic device
That will give me a soul-show
Reminding me of you, seeking advice,
Yet unable to obtain due counsel;
Igonore any demonic advise.
Were I by your side I would quell that runic wall.
