Beware the black Assassin darkness,
Poison dagger In your back.
Before you even Know he's there,
He will make His attack!

When the master calls Full of hatred
You bow down Full of vengeance
When you rebel Full of power
You'll hear these words (You're in a trance):

"Beware, when you least expect him,
He will be there.
Beware, when you are feeling defenseless,
Another nightmare."

There is nowhere for you to run
The war is inside your head.
Another lost meditation,
Soon you'll be dead!

The malicious Mr. Morpheus
Stands waiting for your attack.
As the blade slips from your minds eye,
His demons prepare to fight back.

The battle over your ego
Brings you to your knees.
Fear swallows your soul
As you can feel the bottom . . .
Of your endless sleep.
