Computer Underground Digest Archives
    _________________________________________________________________

  Last updated: May 31, 2001

The Cu Digest was a more-or-less weekly digest/newsletter/journal of
debates, news, research, and discussion of legal, social, and other
issues related to computer culture. Because of editors' time
constraints and changes in computer culture, CuD has likely published
its last issue in March, 2000.

The CuD homepage, the main source for the Digest itself, is:
     [1]http://www.soci.niu.edu/~cudigest/

See the bottom of this file for information on submitting to these
archives, which are still something of a repository for information of
  general interest regarding computer culture.

The archives at [2]http://www.etext.org/CuD/ are the main CuD
archives, housing a mirror of CuD itself as well as a wide variety of
texts related to the computer underground. The same set of archives
can also be accessed by FTP from ftp.etext.org, in the directory
  [3]/pub/CuD.

*NOTE*: These archives were housed by the EFF for nearly ten years,
through to the spring of the year 2001. For this, the global community
really should exhibit their thanks, perhaps in the form of a donation
or a similar gesture of appreciation. [4]http://www.eff.org/support/

Any requests for files to be added to the archives should be sent via
  email to [5][email protected].
