I "The Garlic Lover's Cookbook,"
which is a must for all folks interested in keeping vampires away.

IG "1 cup" "butter," "250 g"
softened
IG "1 cup" "parmesan cheese," "200 g"
grated
IG "\(12 cup" "mayonnaise" "100 g"
IG "5" "garlic cloves"
minced or pressed
IG "3 Tbsp" "fresh parsley," "50 ml"
chopped
IG "\(12 tsp" "oregano" "2.5 ml"
IG "1 loaf" "French bread,"
(baguette), cut lengthwise

Preheat oven to

Mix all ingredients except the bread together in a bowl.

Spread the mixture onto the French bread.

Wrap bread in aluminium foil.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Unwrap and place under broiler to brown.

We never finish the last step. By the time we have the stuff unwrapped,
we just have to eat it!
