CURRY DRESSING                         Servings:

1   c.        white vinegar            1 1/3 c.   salad oil
2   T.        chopped chutney          2   tsp.   curry powder
2   tsp.      salt                     1   tsp.   dry mustard
1/2 tsp.      Tabasco

       Whisk together until well blended.  Use with pasta and chicken,
combined with chopped dates.  Garnish with chutney, coconut or peanuts.
