1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped 1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water 1 T. Worcestershire
1/8 tsp. tabasco 1 tsp. salt
5 hamburger buns
Brown and drain beef. Saute onions in oil until soft, then add
beef. Stir in remaining ingredients (except buns). Cover, simmer 10-15
minutes until all vegetables are tender. Serve over bun halves.
