1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour 3 eggs
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, using
an electric mixer. Gently stir in whipped cream, nutmeg and enough
flour to handle easily. Place 1 tsp. dough on a hot iron, and bake
until light brown. Roll quickly on a cone.
