PINEAPPLE BRAN MUFFINS                 Servings: 12

1   c.        all-bran cereal          1/2 c.    milk
1             egg                      1/4 c.    raisins
1   c.        drained crushed pineapple 1/4 c.   cooking oil
1   c.        flour                    2   tsp.  baking powder
1/2 tsp.      salt                     1/4 tsp.  baking soda
1/2 c.        brown sugar

   Mix cereal, milk, pineapple and raisins in large bowl.  Add oil
and egg, and blend well.  Combine remaining ingredients and add to wet
mixture, stirring just until moistened.  Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
