MOLASSES MUFFINS                       Servings:

2 1/2 c.      oat-bran cereal          1   T.    baking powder
1/4 c.        raisins                  1/4 c.    chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/4 c.      skim milk                2         egg whites
2   T.        corn syrup               1/4 c.    molasses

   Preheat oven to 425F.  Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.  Blend all
other ingredients in a blender and add to the dry bowl.  Stir to mix.
Grease muffin pan and fill.  Bake 15-16 minutes.
