1 c. sour cream 1 c. maple syrup
2 eggs 1 c. flour
1 c. bran flakes 1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Beat on low the eggs, sour cream and maple syrup until combined. Add
all at once the remaining ingredients and beat on low speed until thoroughly
mixed. Bake at 350F for 17-22 minutes.
Glaze:
2/3 c. maple syrup 1/4 c. melted butter
Stir together and warm in microwave. Dip tops of muffins.
