CRANBERRY BREAD                        Servings:

2   c.        flour                    1         orange (juice & rind)
1   c.        sugar                    3/4 c.    boiling water
1 1/2 tsp.    baking powder            2         eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp.      soda                     1   c.    cranberries, ground
2   T.        butter                   1/2 c.    nuts
       pinch     salt

   Combine all of orange, butter and water.  Sift dry ingredients, then
add cranberries and nuts.  Bake in greased loaf pan at 350F for 45 minutes.
