WHITE WINE VINAIGRETTE                 Servings:

1/3 c.        dry white wine           1/4 c.    olive oil
2   T.        white wine vinegar       1/2 tsp.  oregano
1/4 tsp.      dry mustard                  pinch salt
             black pepper

   Blend all in a small bowl with a wire whisk or by shaking in a jar.
Store covered in the refrigerator.  Keeps very well.  Use over green
salad.  Makes 3/4 cup.
