EGG NOG                                Servings:

3             eggs                     1/4 c.    sugar
1/8 tsp.      vanilla                  3/4 c.    milk
1/2 tsp.      nutmeg                       pinch salt

   Beat eggs until light and fluffy.  Beat in sugar and salt slowly.
Beat in vanilla and stir in milk.  Sprinkle with nutmeg, chill and serve.
