CHUTNEY-CHEESE FILLING                 Servings:

1/2 c.        peanuts, roasted         1/3 c.     chutney
1/2 tsp.      curry powder             8   oz.    cream cheese
1/4 c.        sour cream               2   T.     butter
             salt and pepper

   Chop peanuts until fine.  Reserve some for garnish.  Add chutney, cream
cheese, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.  Blend until smooth.  Fill
target (pastry, etc) and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
