BERRIYAKI MEAT BALLS                   Servings: 4 dozen

1   lb.       ground beef              1/2 lb.   sausage
1/2 c.        fine bread crumbs        2         eggs, slightly beaten
1   can       condensed consomme       1   c.    cranberry sauce
1   tsp.      soy sauce                1   tsp.  ginger
1   tsp.      cinnamon

   Combine beef, sausage, crumbs and eggs.  Shape into small balls.  In
a large skillet, brown meat.  Drain fat.  Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat until liquid is reduced to a glaze.  Keep warm in a
chafing dish.
