BAKED GOUDA                            Servings: 8

7   oz.       Gouda cheese             1   can   crescent roll dough
1             egg, beaten

   Slice cheese in half forming 2 rounds.  Separate dough into four
rectangles, press perforations.  Shape into circles.  Place cheese on
two, bring up edges.  Cover with remaining circles, wrap securely.  Brush
with beaten egg.  Bake at 350F for 18-22 minutes.  Cool 10 minutes before
cutting into wedges.
