Elizabeth Lynn is an excellent writter who seems to have vanished off the
face of the SF world.  She does quite good SF ("A Different Light" and "The
Sardonyx Net"), but I prefer her fantasy trilogy.  And it really is a
trilogy.  Each book develops a world situation, and then resolves it.  The
next book takes place ~100 years later, where the consequences of the
previous book have developed to their logical conclusion, and the people of
the previous books are a hazy story, if remembered at all.  All of her
books have a rich mixture of elements: characterization, plot and setting.
Does anyone know what she's doing right now?

[C] == Short Story Collection.
[CP] == Chapbook (a very short book, or pamphlet)..
