1856 D  2019 04.15      3.5     63      WTF body?
Massive hypo in the shadow of coffee. Suspect truvia
       and also coffee.
2057 D  2019 04.15      4.4     79.2    Jives with the stress
hypothesis of why I got a 79 on my fasting VP BG, and
also with the fact that i had eaten strawberries @2030d
2154 D  2019 04.15 1    4.3     77.4    post exercise, 80min post

2027 D  2019 04.16      4.6     82.8    high score. Yea. Carbo-
hydrate intake a factor - ate large quantities of tomato
and amid eating large quantities of peanut butter. Kinda a
15 minute post test, so marked as AST in the meter.
2130 D  2019 04.16      4.4     79.2    Still grazing slowly.
2323 D  2019 04.16      4.2     75.6    Not sure what the note should

0147 D  2019 04.17      4.6     82.8    Preprandial, scrambled eggs

0307 D  2019 04.17      4.3     77.4    Not quite sure why scrambles
& tomatoes followed by taking a crap would lower one's
blood sugar... The human body is really weird.

2001 D  2019 04.17      4.6     82.8    Immed. postprandial peanut
butter snack. May be worth testing at 2030
2041 D  2019 04.17      4.4     79.2    Post peanut butter
2226 D  2019 04.17      4.9     88.2    High score -.- Preprandial
       chicken, cheese and sprouts.
2256 D  2019 04.17      5.4     97.2    30 minutes post chicken,

2327 D  2019 04.17 1    5.4     97.2    61 minutes post chicken,

0002 D  2019 04.18      4.5     81      94 minutes post meal.
0135 D  2019 04.18      4.2     75.6    For some reason I feel hypo-

       previous high scores.
1007 D  2019 04.18      4.5     81      Felt stabilised this time
2006 D  2019 04.18      3.9     70.2    Good morning! /s

2054 D  2019 04.18      6.3     113.4   High score! Was eating eggs

0426 D  2019 04.19      3.7     66.6    Apparently brushing one's

low after a shitter trip but felt good.
0838 D  2019 04.19      3.7     66.6    Preprandial big weird meal.
Rawish salmon, beef fat maybe, olives, walnuts, coffee.
0938 D  2019 04.19      4.3     77.4    Postprandial big meal. Sus-
pecting confounded by excitement about coming to know what
the figure would be. Not unexpected however.
1207 D  2019 04.19      3.8     68.4    ?
1430 D  2019 04.19      3.8     68.4    Apparently no effect of IRC
stress on glycemia in either direction. At least, while
sleep deprived. Very unusual observation considering that
RL stressful situations have seen me in the 100s before.
1614 D  2019 04.19      4.1     73.8    Was going to test post-
prandial strawberries. Ended up falling asleep.
2347 D  2019 04.19      4.2     75.6    Woke up, didn't want to go
       back to bed
0330 D  2019 04.20      4.2     75.6    I need to set up a Patreon
or something. Email me [email protected] if you think
these figures are interesting. I took this one immediately
before starting to sip coffee. I'm busy marinadecooking some
liver and I'm going to make some kind of liver breakfast,
perhaps beef liver, diced beef fat and a 2 egg scramble.
0430 D  2019 04.20      3.9     70.2    Still haven't made the liver
thing yet. 4 minutes later tested 4.1 on ring finger.
0846 D  2019 04.20      4.5     81      All the problem. Preprandial
       salmon and peanut butter
0947 D  2019 04.20      4.9     88.2    Midprandial peanut butter,
postprandial salmon. Will need to do a 30 minute post.
1016 D  2019 04.20      5.0     90      After the peanut butter.
1222 D  2019 04.20      5.6     100.8   Midprandial chicken and
       clotted cream
1249 D  2019 04.20      5.4     97.2    27 minutes postprandial
chicken, clotted cream and most of my tea. Different finger.
0254 D  2019 04.21 2    4.7     84.6    Confounded by dehydration.
0540 D  2019 04.21      3.5     63      Confounded by small droplet
       size and decaffeination.
0630 D  2019 04.21      4.4     79.2    Dehydration still? I feel
great though. I do need the loo however.
1122 D  2019 04.21      4.7     84.6    Preprandial, I believe it was
       peanut butter snack.
1228 D  2019 04.21      5.0     90      After.
1442 D  2019 04.21      5.4     97.2    Psychotomimetic syndrome?
1826 D  2019 04.21      5.5     99      Confirming that I should not
       rice tolerance test myself today.
2146 D  2019 04.21      4.4     79.2    For some reason, post-
waste removal sugars are lower. Not sure why
0655 D  2019 04.22      4.2     75.6    Still high for me but pretty
good compared to some I've seen.

1315 D  2019 05.16      6.5     117     Welcome aboard the hyper-
glycemia shit-train! I need to embark on a 5 day water fast
and if this shit gets worse food-free I'm just gonna show up
at an ER complaining "hyperglycemia, history of obesity.
Ketogenic diet treated obesity successfully with blood
sugars normal for 15+ months. Sudden increase in blood sugar
after severe sleep problems. Suspecting nutritional
deficiencies + sleep issue as causative. Fasting 5 days did
not improve glycemia. Also suspecting DM1."
1410 D  2019 05.16      6.5     117     Why is my pancreas being
       stubborn?
I think I fucked the whole milieu by eating garbanzo beans.

It continues.

I'm bored of inputting numbers now...

Because I now also have a FreeStyle Libre, and yet continue to
fingerstick myself with the Accu-chek, the column format has changed.

A reading taken with the Accu-Chek would look like this:
TIME    DATE            SUGAR           METER
                       MMOL/L  MG/DL
       (COMMENT)
XXXX X  XXXX XX.XX      X.X     XX.X    Accu-Chek
       A comment

A reading taken with the Libre and not corroborated by Accu-Chek
would look like this:

TIME    DATE            SUGAR           METER
                       MMOL/L  MG/DL
       (COMMENT)
XXXX X  XXXX XX.XX      ??X.X   ??XX.X  Libre

A reading taken with FreeStyle Precision strips in the Libre's
reader (I will report ketones if I test them with the 'sugar'
column being prefixed with 'k' and the mg/dL value not being
reported) will look as follows. Since, in this case, the Libre
is practically acting as a Precision Neo gluco/ketometer, the
meter will be listed as "FreeStyle Precision Neo" even though
it is a Libre. This depicts a glucose and a ketone reading in
quick succession

If it has been cross checked, the sugars will not start with ?
(which means that they're simply correlated from ISF glucose) unless
it turns out that the blood sugar is different to Libre's ISF
guess by more than .2 mmol/L.

In cases involving the Libre sensor there will be a trend marker
on the mmol number:

++ Shooting up
+ Rising
= Steady/slow change
- Falling
-- Rapid fall, eat glucose

These two readings combined indicate that Libre is
being inaccurate about my blood sugar, but accurate about
the trend - I am dead flat (each time I've fingersticked
tonight, I have been some variation of 4.x). Previously it
was being inaccurate about the trend, showing me + when it
was coming out of showing me in the 1s and 2s mmol. Now I

Libre is still not accurate. You gotta grep -v Libre.

Also: apparently my low-range glucose tolerance is fine. As in:
I can tolerate 10 grams of sugar from milk and not go mad.

I then started using Precision strips and the Libre sensor
exclusively, after changing the site to my arm (which produced
better accuracy).
