Swords & Wizardry Whitebox House Rules

In the Player & DM Resources section, I've added my S&W Whitebox
House Rules [0]

The text tables are remarkably easy to create and maintain with GNU
Emacs' table mode.

The doc is divided into two sections - one for players, and one for
referees. In the referee's section, I threw in my Underworld
adventuring rules and dungeon encounter tables (both missing
entirely from the official S&W Whitebox rules).
