Some New Random Generators

In the Player & DM Resources section of the gopher site [0], I've
added a bunch of random generators, for generating characters,
names, and ability scores.

The random characters are from totalpartykill.ca [1], who is nice
enough to supply a text formatted output that is very
gopher-friendly.

The Holmesian random names are from javascript code snipped from
Zenopus' excellent blog [2]. I converted it to perl.
