Chateau Montlabert (St. Emilion)
In my latest wine book, which claims to be a tour of the marketplace, there
appears to have been an omission.  Nowhere can I find a reference to
Chateau Montlabert (St. Emilion) which I have been enjoying for some years
now.  This is a small domaine, but it is appellation "St. Emilion Grand Cru"
controlee.  The 1977 is quite luscious now.  I tasted a bottle of 1978 this
weekend, and was disappointed, but hopeful.  At least another year in the
bottle to be ready.
Has anyone else found that the literature is given to omission?  And if
so, how seriously lacking have you found it to be?
