We are also running dz's at 19200 baud using the change ber pointed out.
But it doesn't "feel" any faster than 9600.  I'm on an Ann Arbor
Ambassador.  I don't know if the aaa is xoff/xon'ing enough to keep the
speed down, or if the psuedo-dma code in the 4.1BSD driver just can't
keep up at 19200 baud.  Or maybe it's my imagination and it's really faster.
Does anyone happen to know?
