SRI serial line file transfer protocol

Re the MicroNet protocol: although I have seen no discussion of
their protocol, their BUFEXEC and MNEXEC programs (which implement
the protocol) are available in source form.  I don't know if
they can truly be classified as public domain, since there
are some stipulations about re-distribution, but there should
be enough there to decipher the protocol.  Incidently, the
programs are in 8080 assembly language.
