DEC/UNIX time difference
After DEC fieldservices my VAX under VMS, the time is always 160 days
off (or something) because DEC time format is different than UNIX time
format.  Has anyone out there added code to VAX UNIX to convert DEC time
to UNIX time (after it thinks that the UNIX time is off)?
