Re: UUCP dialing times
At cornell we simply have defined "Eve" and "Night" to correspond
to the reduced rate periods.  This is not as general a facility, but
makes the L.sys file more readable, with entries like

foovax Eve .....
barvax Night ....

       Jim Hook
       decvax!cornell!hook
       vax135!cornell!hook
(this change to conn.c takes ~ 3 minutes)
